'Penyeliaan' in my opinion is not only confined to observation of teaching but an overall process of observation as a person in the proffession. If there is no supervision one would not be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

    Thanks Sheila. I agree. We must also remember that we can both support and received support through peer supervision.
